Many of our products are custom, print-on-demand, or made-to-order products. These include apparel, home décor, accessories, headgear, etc.. Products go into the production/printing queue as soon as you place your order and they go into production within 1 to 5 business days. Printing times can vary, based on the current order volume. 

Orders are usually shipped out by the fulfillment center(s) within 48 hours from the time the production/printing of your order is completed. Some items might require additional processing time if inventories are low. Some orders might require shipping from multiple fulfillment centers. Most items are in transit 3 to 5 days after shipping, but some items might take 10 to 15 business days depending on the shipping location. Since we don’t have control of the transit time for shipping, we can not guarantee delivery times. Please be aware of this during the holiday season. 

We also offer imported products. Some imported products are also custom or made-to-order and require additional production and processing time. Some items may take 15 to 25 business days for delivery. Thank you for your patience!


We highly encourage you to carefully double-check quantities, sizes, colors, address,  payment information, etc. prior to submitting your order with us.  Orders are automatically processed the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at within the first 12 hours after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes that you may need to make on your order. However, we can not make any promises that we can make changes since many of our product fulfillment processes are automatic.


Shipping notifications are sent out via email after your order is shipped with a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly locate the whereabouts of your order (example:  Please keep in mind that we and some of our fulfillment partners do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Delivery times may be longer around major holidays. Since we don’t have control of the transit times for shipping, we can not guarantee delivery times.
