HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
All custom, print-on-demand and made-to-order products go into the printing queue as soon as you place your order and they go into production within 1 to 5 business days. Printing times can vary based on the current order volume. Some items might require additional processing time if inventories are low. Some orders might require shipping from multiple fulfillment centers which means you order could be split in different packages. Fulfillment and shipping together may take on average between 8 to 10 business days for apparel products. Some imported products may take up to four weeks for delivery. Please check each individual product page for complete information. Since we don’t have control of the transit time for shipping, we can not guarantee delivery times. Please be aware of this during the holiday season.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER/ADDRESS?
We highly encourage you to double-check sizes, colors, quantity, description, and your correct address prior to placing an order with us. Orders are automatically processed as soon as you place your order. If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP within the first 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate the changes. However, we can not make any promises that we can make changes since many of our product fulfillment processes are automatic.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Shipping notifications are sent out via email after your order is shipped with a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly locate the whereabouts of your order. Please follow the email link and instructions you received with your order confirmation email (example: email@example.com). If you don’t see it, please check your Spam or Junk email folders - it might be in there. Please keep in mind that we and some of our fulfillment partners do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Delivery times may be longer around major holidays. Shipping information may not be available for a few hours or days depending on the shipping carrier’s information systems. Since we don’t have control of the transit times for shipping, we can not guarantee delivery times.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
We do not ship to international addresses at this time. Shipping is restricted to USA street addresses only - no P.O. Box delivery is available.
WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
Most of our original designs apparel are printed in the USA. We also provide many products, gifts, and accessories printed and manufactured around the world.
WHY IS MY ACTUAL PRODUCT’S COLOR DIFFERENT THAN ON MY COMPUTER?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your (or anyone’s) computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
WHY DOES MY APPAREL PRODUCT SMELL LIKE “VINEGAR”?
The printing process used for print-on-demand (POD) apparel products require special treatment of each garment or product. This fixation agent used is safe and necessary to make sure the print on the product will last. The “vinegar-like” smell will disappear when the product is aired for a while or after the first wash.
