However, we will exchange any damaged or blemished products at no cost to you. We will exchange your item(s) if we are at fault and there is something wrong with your order. The following reasons qualify for exchanges:

- We sent you the wrong item

- We sent you the wrong size or color

- Due to the production process, your goods are in any way damaged, defective or blemished when you receive them.

Please do not hesitate to contact us about exchanges within 14 days after receiving your items. Please, include the Order #, the product description and also include a couple of clear pictures of the item(s) showing the errors or blemishes in question.
